The First Alert® Carbon Monoxide Alarm with Voice and Location Alerts detects elevated carbon monoxide levels and can work with compatible models to create a wireless alert system throughout your home. This wireless-enabled, battery-operated CO detector alerts you using voice alerts including a loud 85-decibel alarm. Wireless interconnected technology allows other compatible First Alert wireless-enabled detectors located in separate areas of your home to communicate with each other. The wireless interconnected carbon monoxide alarm features an electrochemical sensor.

The First Alert CO511 wireless interconnected carbon monoxide alarm can be connected with multiple smoke and CO detectors around your home or office to create a safety network of detection (additional alarms sold separately). Compatible wireless detectors can communicate with each other through a radio frequency, so when one alarm sounds, all of them sound to help provide an early warning.
Battery-Operated Alarm Installs Easily
The battery-operated Carbon Monoxide Detector requires no wiring to install. Simply put two AA batteries into the wireless interconnected carbon monoxide alarm and mount it on any wall or ceiling. A low-battery light and chirp will let you know when the batteries need to be replaced. A one-touch button silences false alarms and allows you to test the CO detector for functionality.
Electrochemical Sensor Technology
This carbon monoxide detector uses an electrochemical sensor to detect carbon monoxide leaks from multiple sources, including faulty fuel-burning appliances, blocked chimneys, and generators running inside or too close to homes. The voice alarm, as well as indicator lights on the front of the wireless interconnected carbon monoxide alarm identify both the threat and its location.
