• Check the sound box or speaker functions and signs of a short circuit • Audio source may be connected to the video channel, click full-screen to check • DVR hardware may be defective • Cameras may not be audio capable or no powered microphone is connected • Speakers need to have an amplifier • Monitor sound only works in single display mode
