Why is there no audio sound when monitoring?


Try the suggestions below if you are unable to get audio when monitoring. If you are still experiencing issues, contact Consumer Affairs at 800-323-9005, 7:30am-5:00pm, CST, M-F.

• Check the sound box or speaker functions and signs of a short circuit
• Audio source may be connected to the video channel, click full-screen to check
• DVR hardware may be defective
• Cameras may not be audio capable or no powered microphone is connected
• Speakers need to have an amplifier
• Monitor sound only works in single display mode
