Below is a list of suggestions to help you get logged into your system over the internet:
• Check the network to see if it is connected - check if LINK or 100M LED is displayed normally on the panel; use ping xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx (DVR IP) to check if the internet is linked properly
• Make sure you are running Windows 7, Vista, or XP operating system and Internet Explorer 6.0-8.0
• ActiveX control may have been blocked, manually re-install ActiveX again
• Install DX8.1 and upgrade your video card driver
